about us

we got youtubers seen by millions. now we do it for local businesses.

fixe media started in the youtube world, working behind some of the biggest channels in the game. the same skills will run your socials.

i'm george michael, the social media manager at fixe media.

i'm portuguese-american, and i've been hooked on making videos since i was twelve. at first it was all about capturing the “coolest” looking shots. then it turned into making people laugh on the internet, and next thing i knew i was deep inside a rabbit hole learning about storytelling, figuring out why one video grabs you and another gets ignored, and well… here i am.

for years i worked behind youtube channels as the video editor or strategist. with time i even found myself writing scripts and it was all… spectacular. but at the same time, that world is brutal about results. a video earns hundreds of thousands to millions of views, or it quietly does one hundred to a thousand and didn't do its job. during the infamous covid i grew my own football channel from zero to 300,000+ subscribers, all in a single year before moving on to work behind channels like adhemz, rebound, nonstop and more.

in that world attention is the currency, and regular social media works the exact same way. the skills that stop a stranger mid-scroll are the same ones that get them to send your video to a friend, and local businesses need this now more than ever.

i spent years studying the psychology behind it, what actually holds someone's attention and how people behave while they scroll. i use it to stop the scroll and point people toward what they need, your service, sometimes before they even know they're looking. you get found, your customer finds the thing they wanted and everybody wins.
