you're busy, so the process needs almost none of your time once it's running. you sign off twice, we handle everything around it, and we keep the whole thing easy and low-stress.
strategy + calendar
we start by learning your business, your customers, and how you already sound. we take whatever branding you have, your colors, your design system, your logo, and we study what's working in your space right now. then we build a content calendar around your actual goals. you see exactly what's going out and why before a single thing gets made.
you approve the calendar
you look it over and give the yes. at the same time, we send a short checklist of anything we need from you that month, usually a few photos or short clips. all of it can be shot on your phone, nothing fancy. nothing gets made until you're happy with the plan.
all phone-friendlywe create + batch
we write the captions, cut the video, and design the graphics, then batch the whole month at once. two rounds of revisions come with every post, so if something doesn't feel like you, we change it. no scrambling post by post.
you approve the content
one quick look at the finished posts. small tweaks if you want them, then it's locked and scheduled. you never have to wonder what's going out, because you've already seen all of it.
publish + report
everything posts on schedule. we stay on the comments and dms in your voice, and anything about pricing or a complaint comes straight to you. at month end you get a clear report in plain english on what worked and what we do next.
